Joseph Lerner
Mr. Lerner is the Principal of 819 Energy. He has over 15 years of investment experience in the energy sector recently with 819 Capital, Invenergy and Community Energy. During that time, Mr. Lerner was involved in the development, financing and construction of energy and infrastructure projects totaling over $1.5 billion of project costs. Mr. Lerner holds a BA from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and a MS in Energy Policy from the University of Montana. He is on the board of directors of Enterprise Bank (NASDAQ: EBTC) Meridian Solar and Spindrift Beverage and a Corporator of Emerson Hospital and a Trustee of the Applewild School. He is based in the Boston, MA area.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
BOJAY TAYLOR
Mr. Taylor is the Chief Financial Officer of 819 Energy. He was most recently the Director of Loan Acquisitions at Northeast Bank, evaluating loan purchasing opportunities and managing all aspects of the loan purchasing transaction process. In this role he invested over $300 million throughout a three year period. Prior to joining Northeast Bank in 2010, he held senior management positions at Capital Crossing Servicing Company and its predecessor firms, most recently as Senior Vice President and Director of Investment Strategy and Analytics. Prior to joining Capital Crossing in 2001, he worked as a Strategist at Viant Corporation and as a Credit Analyst at FleetBoston Financial. He holds a BA in Engineering from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is based in the Boston, MA area.

BENJAMIN BASSON
Mr. Basson is an Associate at 819 Energy. Prior to joining 819, he was a Senior Analyst at the Orange Value Fund, LLC, focusing on a wide array of industries including energy and commodities. During the summer of 2014, he worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Lazard Asset Management, where he engaged with management teams in the oil and hard commodities industries while covering their companies’ stocks.. He holds a BS in Finance from Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY. He is based in the Boston, MA area.
